In the Carribean coast of Costa Rica between Tortuguero and Limon we find the Parismina River. The only way to get there is by boat or plane since there is no road. This area is great for watching turtle nesting of different species, for example: the big Baula turtle (biggest turtle in the world), green turtle and more.

You can also take a boat trip to do explore the Tortuguero canals, doing bird watching, fishing and observing the wildlife.

Near the Parismina River we find the Tortuguero National Park, where you can enjoy of a great variety of flora and fauna: monkeys, hundreds of bird species and a lot of different plants.
